Do you provide transfers from the airport?
Yes. For bookings with total sum more than 1000 USD we provide free of charge car transfer. In order to book the transfer from the airport, please send your arrival date, flight number and time to info@hotels.az. If your booking's total sum is less than 1000 USD and you require a transfer, you may wish to order paid car transfer service, which costs 30 USD. We will confirm details by email, and the transfer charge will be added to your total booking due.
What is your airport transfer cancellation policy?
If notification of cancellation is received 5 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) prior to arrival date, there will no cancellation fee applied.
If notification of cancellation is received less than 5 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) prior to arrival date, the payment is non-refundable.
