Booking questions
- Whose name is the reservation made under?
The hotel's reservation is made under the guest name. You can check-in with either a hotel check-in voucher or your passport (showing the same name as on the hotel voucher that will send you (via email).
- Are children charged the full room rate?
Child rates vary from hotel to hotel. Rates are normally reduced for children under the age of 12 years. We can in any event check the child rate at your request and will confirm the details via email after your initial enquiry.
- Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our listed rates are per room, normally for either 1 or 2 persons. In the case of a 3rd or 4th guest in a room, every hotel has a different policy as to whether you will be charged for an extra bed or not. After your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice indicating your extra person charges.
- What if the selected hotel is not available?
You will be notified via an e-mail (usually within 1 working days after placing your order). We will try and reserve another hotel at comparable standard and price, without obligation. No charge will be made for alternative hotels without your approval.
- What if I want a hotel not listed?
We are able to offer other hotels not listed on our web site. If the particular hotel you require is not listed, please email us using the contact us form giving information on the hotel name, location, check in/out dates, room type and number of rooms. We will then try and secure you a competitive price for this hotel.
